Refund and Returns Policy

All products sold on Crochet by Aria are digital goods (PDF crochet patterns and instructional videos) delivered electronically. Because digital files can be downloaded and used immediately, and cannot be “returned,” all sales are generally final. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

When We Do Offer a Refund

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will issue a full refund if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge)
  • The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match the product you ordered, and we are unable to fix or replace it within 5 business days
  • You contact us within 14 days of purchase and have not yet downloaded the file

When We Do Not Offer a Refund

  • You changed your mind after downloading the pattern or video
  • You ordered the wrong size, skill level, or design by mistake — please review each product page carefully before purchasing, or contact us first with questions
  • You are having difficulty following the pattern — in this case, please contact us for support first, as we are always happy to help troubleshoot

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@crochetbyaria.com with your order number and the reason for your request within 14 days of purchase. We respond to all requests within 2 business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Technical Support First

Most issues with a pattern (missing pages, a confusing step, a broken download link) can be resolved quickly. Please reach out to us before requesting a refund — we would love the chance to make it right.
