These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of crochetbyaria.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of any digital products from Crochet by Aria (“we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order or using this Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & Digital Delivery

All products sold on this Site are digital downloads (PDF patterns and/or video files). No physical item is shipped. After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive instant access to a secure download link on the order confirmation page and by email.

2. License & Permitted Use

When you purchase a pattern, you are purchasing a single-user license to use the pattern for personal, non-commercial crafting. Specifically, you may:

• Use the pattern to make items for yourself, as gifts, or for charity
• Sell a reasonable number of finished, handmade items made from the pattern (please credit “Crochet by Aria” as the designer where practical)

You may not:

• Share, resell, forward, upload, or distribute the PDF, video, or any part of the pattern file itself to any other person
• Reproduce the pattern in print or digital form for others
• Claim the written pattern or video as your own design
• Use the pattern or photos for mass production or factory manufacturing

All patterns, photos, videos, and written instructions remain the intellectual property of Crochet by Aria and are protected by copyright law.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise noted.

5. Skill Level & Accuracy

Each pattern lists a recommended skill level and finished measurements. While every pattern is tested and tech-edited before publishing, finished results may vary based on yarn substitution, gauge, and individual tension.

6. Account & Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site.

7. Limitation of Liability

Crochet by Aria is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our patterns or videos, including but not limited to material costs or time spent on a project.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
